My Approach to Therapy
I recognize that significant positive change requires a shift in how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others. If you're seeking a way to thrive rather than to just survive, my integrative approach helps clients who may feel stuck in life or overwhelmed, lacking meaning or purpose, dealing with past hurts and traumas, or simply wanting to live their full potential.
I specialize in helping clients develop skills for self discovery and acceptance, working through difficult emotions and building the life they want to live. In my work with couples, I support clients in their ability to repair the bond with their partner and build the tools for a long-lasting relationship.
With my background in yoga and meditation, I use an integrative, mind-body approach and a focus on mindfulness to help clients develop more self-awareness and inner peace. I draw from different therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Emotion Focused Therapy and Body Centered therapies, including Hakomi.
