Dear Clients,
I have received some updates from the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Alberta psychologists are advised by CAP to move clients to a virtual platform for online counselling or delay in person counselling sessions as soon as possible. The exception would be clients who require urgent care where disruption of face-to-face services would immediately endanger the client's life health or safety or that of others.
Effective immediately, I will temporarily be suspending all in-person sessions. I will resume when notified by the College of Alberta Psychologists. The exception would be clients who require urgent care as mentioned above.
I am utilizing a safe, secure online platform via Jane app. Once you select and book an online session you will receive a reminder for the session prior to the start time. Please ensure that you know your Jane App username & password and are logged into Jane App at least 5 minutes before the beginning of your session.
For your first online session I will offer a reduced rate of $170.
Thank you for your patience, as we are navigating these unforeseen and ever-changing circumstances.
Warmly,
Robin
